We call it such because we don't use any extra ingredients to hide
the real soy flavor. Soy has a very delicate and unique flavor
that we don't think it is necessary to imitate the generally
accepted taste of cow's milk.
We only use domestically produced ingredients and process in
California.
In fact, amazing health benefits of soy can be lost
in the process. So we process our soy products as lightly as
possible and as simply as possible.
For that reason, our soy products don't have overly long shelf
life. Please keep it refrigerated properly.
